Leadership Team

Hamed Mazrouei - Chief Operating Officer
As an entrepreneur, Hamed started his business success with a security company which eventually was focused in providing turn-key solutions to the restaurant industry. After successfully growing the startup security company, he joined Improving Restaurants in order to provide a more complete solution to this industry. Today, as the Chief Operating Officer, he is focused on the daily operation of the company, business development and customer retention.
Hamed has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Leblanc Meneses - Chief Technology Officer
Leblanc is an micropreneur and technical lead capable of building teams and bringing multi-tenant SaaS products to market.

Leblanc has years of industry experience in all aspects of the application life cycle management. He has gathered and managed requirements, and demonstrated his object-oriented architecture design with many UML and ER diagrams. Leblanc has also established his implementation abilities with various languages and platforms, generally using a test-driven development approach, and always using a continuous integration process to improve quality and reduce time to market.
Leblanc has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.
