After an immediate success and learning the restaurant industry’s inefficiencies and challenges, he co-founded Improving Restaurants. Improving Restaurants focuses on the restaurant industry with a simple vision; provide the tools to increase the restaurant industry’s efficiency, customer service, brand awareness, sales and profit. Hamed’s experience in business management, customer service and I.T. allows him to better understand the competitive advantage technology plays in the restaurant industry.
Hamed has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Leblanc is an engineer, change agent, and technical lead capable of building teams and bringing multi-tenant SaaS products to market.
Leblanc has established his implementation abilities with various languages and platforms, generally using a test-driven development approach, and always using a continuous delivery process to improve quality and reduce software delivery time.
Leblanc has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.
